How we handle your data.

Superflow AB in Stockholm is responsible for the personal data handled on this website. This page says what we collect, why, and for how long. Questions about any of it go to paul@superflow.se.

The contact form. What you write, together with your name, email and company, is kept in our lead records and emailed to us so that we can reply. We keep it while the conversation is live and for up to twenty-four months after our last contact, then delete it.

The chat. Conversations with the assistant on this site are stored, along with any details you choose to share, so that a person at Superflow can follow up. The assistant runs on Anthropic's Claude: your messages are sent to Anthropic to generate the replies and are not used to train their models. Please keep sensitive information out of the chat. Transcripts are kept for up to twelve months.

Booking a call. If you book a time, Calendly handles the booking under its own privacy policy, and we receive your name, email and whatever you enter in the booking.

Email. Messages from this site reach us through Resend, an email delivery service. Our replies come to you from our own address.

Cookies and storage. This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics. The chat keeps your conversation in your browser's session storage so it survives a page change; it is cleared when you close the tab. Editors previewing unpublished content set a single preview cookie.

Hosting and logs. The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect it, and holds our lead records. Requests to the chat and the form are counted per address for a short time to prevent abuse.

Your rights. You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it, by emailing paul@superflow.se. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY.

Changes. We update this page when our practices change. Last updated 7 September 2026.
