A status dashboard with uptime bars, stat tiles and a call card.

Launch is the halfway point.

Most sites are abandoned the week after they go live. Ours are hosted, watched, patched and backed up by the people who built them, and there is a person to call, not a queue to join.

How we think about it

A direct line.

Support works when the person answering knows the system. That is the whole model: the developer who built your site is the one who picks up. Hosting on the edge in front of your visitors, monitoring that wakes us before it wakes you, updates on a schedule, and a monthly note on what happened.

A status tile with uptime bars, a numeral and a sparkline.

What we help with

What running it means.

  • Edge hosting

Cloudflare and comparable platforms: fast everywhere, resilient by default, no server to babysit.

  • Uptime monitoring

Checks every minute, alerts to a person, and a status you can see.

  • Updates and patches

Dependencies, CMS and platform kept current, tested before they go live.

  • Backups and restore

Content and data backed up, and restored on a schedule to prove the backup works.

  • Direct line, no ticket queue

A phone number and an email that reach the people who built it, with agreed response times.

  • Small changes and improvements

The text, the page, the feature you need next month, done by people who know the code.

How it runs

Handover, watch, improve.

  1. 01

    Handover

Access, documentation and monitoring in place before launch, or on a site we take over.

  2. 02

    Watch

Monitoring, updates, backups and a monthly report, every month.

  3. 03

    Improve

Changes and new features on a retainer or per job, from the same people.

Questions

Asked before most projects.

  1. Do you host sites you did not build?

Yes, after a review of the code and the hosting. We say what needs fixing before we take responsibility for it.

  2. What are your response times?

Agreed in writing per client, with a direct line for urgent issues. We would rather promise what we can keep.

  3. What does support cost?

A monthly fee that follows the size of the site and the level of response, set in the brief. No public price list.

  4. Can we leave?

Yes, at any time. Everything runs under your accounts, so nothing is held hostage.

Ask what it would take.
